Things that will incur an extra charge:

By ordering a commission you show that you have read and agree with my TOS.For legal reasons you have to be at least 18 years old to order a commission from me.

Content:

- pornographic /adult content /sexual nudity are available at NSFW rates, please check the respective page for details and prices- nudity in a non-sexual context is available at standard rates- No offensive (racist/homophobic/etc.) material or excessive violence- I may refuse commissions I feel uncomfortable with for any reason

Art Rights and Use of Art

- Commissions are for personal use only
- You can not use the artwork for commercial means/monetary gain
- You retain all rights to your characters and ideas
- I retain all rights to the artworks I create and may post them to my online galleries with credit to you as the ip holder
- You can post the commissioned artwork to your online galleries with full credit to me as the artist. A link to any of my online presences (see above) is sufficient.
- You can reproduce the artwork in print (e.g. as a poster) for your personal use only

Payment and Refunds

- Payment via PayPal invoice
- Payment must be made in full after approval of sketch
- Payment in multiple installments is possible for commissions over $200
- Commissions can be canceled at any time before I start working on a sketch
- If you cancel the commission after I have already started working on the sketch I may still ask for a partial payment depending on how much work has been done at that point. (At least half the cost of a finished commission if the sketch was close to completion.) After payment, you will receive the sketch in whatever state it is in at the point of cancellation.
- I will not offer refunds if you cancel the commission after you approved the sketch and I have done work towards the finished commission.
- If I myself cancel the commission for any reason at any time you will get a full refund. However, you will lose usage rights to any works that have been cancelled and refunded.

Revisions

- I will work with you during the sketch phase to make sure you get the artwork you want
- Please make sure you describe what you want as accurately as possible to keep revisions to a minimum!
- If you have visual references, give me as many as you think are necessary for me to accurately draw your character
- If you don’t have visual references, no problem! I would be happy to design your character for you!
- Minor revisions during the sketch phase are always free of charge
- Major revisions during the sketch phase (e.g. completely changing the pose or the outfit) will incur an additional fee of at least $25 per revision
- Any revisions that need to be made due to a mistake on my part will be free of charge
- After you approved the sketch and sent payment: You will be able to provide input on the coloration once I send you a first color image. Any revisions to the base colors/markings must be made at this point and are free of charge
- I will usually not accept any major revisions after this point and especially not after the commission has been approved as finished and business has concluded
